"I had a bbl and lipo 360 with Dr. Hedden last year, and I’ve been very happy with my results. I did an online consultation. The following appointments were pretty quick, and overall, the price was reasonable for what I had done. They were very straight forward about pricing and everything involved with the surgery. They also have good post surgery support, which I appreciated. I really liked that they have an after hours line for any problems you may have, and I could get in touch with an on call nurse who actually answers if I had any issues. I recommend them. I’m happy with how my body turned out, and the overall process was very organized and went smoothly."

"bbl review - I recently had surgery on 9/9/22. I had lipo 360 w/ BBL. After gaining some weight, I wasn't happy with my body anymore. Despite diet and exercise, I still couldn't get the shape I wanted due to mostly fat on my waist. Originally, I was only going to get lipo done but figured I might as well use the fat while I have it since it's going to lipoed off anyways. I'm currently 3 weeks post op but the pictures I'm posting are from 2 weeks. Overall, I'm extremely happy with my results and finally have the body I've always dreamed of.Updated on 2 Oct 2021:I don’t have many good before pics on my phone, so I tried to do the best I could. "BBL with dr.gunn - I had my BBL and 4 areas of lipo by Dr Gunn. I'm three weeks weeks post op. I'll start off by saying that I'm super happy with my results and I think Dr Gunn is an amazing surgeon! He's compassionate, he listens to what you want and is straight forward with helping you to be realistic about your surgery. He doesn't rush you. He listened to all my long list of questions. He gave me exactly what I wanted. The fact that you can text him with any questions is amazing as well. I highly recommend him. I saw Dr. hedden the next day after surgery, he was awesome as well. Both surgeons are kind and professional. I have no complaints and nothing negative to say about either surgeon.The only one negative experience with having my surgery at Hedden plastic surgery is the nurses. They are rude and are not just not kind and warm which is what you expect with a nurse. My pre op nurse was sweet, my post op nurse was terrible. She didn't help me at all it was actually the receptionist( with the British accent) that offered me water and crackers after surgery. my post op nurse was complaining that everyone left her, complaining about her children as well. (I don't know her name but shes middle aged with brown hair) This was while I was waking up after surgery. I did hear her say that Dr Gunn called to check on me so that made me feel better. They could use new nurses but overall my experience was positive. The surgeons are amazing so don't let the nurses stop you from having surgery with them."

"Getting anxious! Surgery scheduled! - I had sleeve surgery over a year ago and am anxiously awaiting a bbl, tummy tuck, and lift w/ aug. by Dr. Hedden. He was bey thorough and has answered my questions personally via email and Skype consult. I am 5’6-5’7 weight at 160 right now and I’m so nervous and excited at the same time!Updated on 2 May 2019:I recently had a TF, BBL, lipo to flanks and back, with a BA and lift. "Dirty 30 - I turned 30 this year and I've always wanted to get my boobs done but have always had a reason not to. This year I couldn't find a reason not to and finally took the plunge! I saw Dr Hedden and his staff, and they were awesome! I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I'm on day two is of recovery and my husband has to leave town. Im sore but there's nothing I can't manage on my own at this point! I'll post pictures soon!Updated on 25 Mar 2018:I have been stalking real self for about 3 years, almost had a BBL last year but some things just ended up not panning out. But I did decide after losing some weight that I would be getting my BA/BL done. And I did! 750cc mentor implants and I couldn't be happier! Recovery isn't too bad and I look forward to posting pictures to see the on going process!Updated on 26 Mar 2018:As you can tell from my last two updates, I have definitely been on some pain meds! I figured I'd post some after photos. Today I'm back at work 3 days after surgery and I'm sore for sure! I'm looking forward to being home and sitting still! Updated on 27 Mar 2018:Not a whole lot to update! 5 days post op and I'm not in a whole lot of pain. That may change since I'm working a 13 hour shift today, but we will see! Has anyone else used Nitro cream on their nipples? My doctor gave me a small supply to take home to help with nerve healing, and I've been using it religiously! I just ran out this morning though. Anyhow I'll post some update photos soon! Updated on 28 Mar 2018:So tomorrow will officially make a week post op and I'm itching to get back to my normal routine, going to the gym, and picking up my son! Unfortunately, because I'm not quite there, I have to do other things to occupy my time. I worked a 13 hour shift yesterday and it wasn't too bad. I felt a bit woozy mid day and sat for a little bit and felt better. My chest did feel really heavy today though, not painful, just heavy! I decided I needed to find a more supportive sports bra. I tried some at Target, Kohls, and then Ross before settling on a Puma sports bra that I'm not sure is the best fit but it's the best I could find. I knew going in to this that having a small rib cage and wanting tobe "so busty" was going to be a challenge when it came to clothing, bras, and bathing suits but the pros outweighed the cons! I have always had a large chest 34F at my largest size, but my weight has always fluctuated and the first thing to come or go with my weight was my breasts. And then after three kids and finally getting down to a size five...my poor deflated boobs could probably be rolled up to fit in to a C cup. Anyhow! I tried some clothes on for fun today while looking for a bra, and I always send pictures to my husband while he stands out and waits for me ;) ! Im definitely still swollen, my left side has dropped a little more than the right, but I'm still super happy with my results. Updated on 29 Mar 2018:I've definitely dreaded posting these, but I know how relevant they are to the review, and giving everyone an idea of how good Dr Hedden is! Updated on 17 Apr 2018:Just a quick update! I'm just a few days shy of 4 weeks post op. I still love my results, my healing is going great, and I think my scars are looking pretty good. I think there's days when I stare to hard and can pick out every small imperfection but looking at my before pictures really snaps me back to reality. I have sharp shooting pains occasionally but nothing horrible. I went back to my the gym today but didn't doing anything the made my arms or band strain. Finding a bra is difficult but I settled on a Victoria secret dream angel 36DDD."
"Half Moon Pillow for Bbl - Have anyone ever use one of these half moon pillows under thighs after Brazilian butt lift I am trying to keep from paying so much money on something that's temporary when I can always reuse this pillow. I have also considered purchasing a cushion U pillow as well that will relieve pressure also....Updated on 22 May 2018:1st day po visit he said everything looked good. "36, No Kids, Doing Something for Me! - Birmingham, AL - I'm so grateful this page exist. I've been researching doctors and pictures. I'm finally pleased to say, I've decided to go with Dr. William Hedden (Birmingham, AL). I've read his reviews, viewed pictures, and the location is fairly close to me (about 1 or 2 hours). I did my virtual consultation about a month ago and Dr. Hedden answered within 48 hours. He answered my questions and as far as the staff goes, a nice lady called to do a follow-up and to put my file together, and to let me know whenever I was ready, they were more than happy to assist.Tuesday, March 20, 2018, I'll have my face-to-face consultation with Dr. Hedden. I will definitely keep you all posted with updates. Now I'm on the fence with getting both TT and BBL, only because the downtime from work, if I don't work, I don't get paid! So, I may just go with the TT and lipo.If you ladies have any word of encouragement, advise, info on items I may need before and after, it is and will be greatly appreciated.Updated on 20 Mar 2018:I wanted to give you all an update on my consultation. So, I'm scheduled for April 11th. I decided to just go with the Tummy Tuck, Lipo (includes back flanks, lower back, and mid back). I paid for my deposit and bloodwork. My total $8800, minus the 10% and $35, so I make my final payment of $7885 on April 11th. I'm so excited and anxious. Dr. Hedden recommended I stay over night at a hotel close by because he wants to see me the following day.The staff and Dr. Hedden were all nice and they answered every question I had. I had a great vibe as soon as I walked in and said Good morning! I'll keep you all updated with pics at a later time.Updated on 16 Apr 2018:Hello all! I've finally made it to the flat side. My procedure was on April 11th had my first follow up on the following Thursday, April 12, 2018. The pain is at a low minimum, haven't taken any pain meds since last week. Drainage is a clear yellow fluid now, which is a good thing. I'm hoping Dr. Hedden will remove the drainage on my second follow-up, Tuesday, April 17, 2018. So far everything is healing well from my view. I'll post a few photos for now. Dr. Hedden and staff were awesome! Caring, Kind, Helpful, and Patient. I highly recommend Dr.Hedden Plastic Surgery, Birmingham, Alabama.Updated on 16 Apr 2018:A few post op pictures day 1 through day 5Updated on 16 Apr 2018:Updated on 16 Apr 2018:Updated on 17 Apr 2018:So today the Dr. Removed drainage and incisions from navel. I can shower now. In addition, I have to keep binder tight but I can wear a camisole or tank top underneath. Definitely dont want any excess fluid to build up. I'm still swollen but I feel pretty good and my tummy is coming along. Back to work I go!Updated on 19 Apr 2018:Updated on 29 Apr 2018:Updated on 8 May 2018:Finally out of the compression garment. Dr. Hedden says everything looks good. I can get back to light exercise."
"BBL in Birmingham Alabama - I was unhappy with the shape of my bottom. Wanting some butt work done ages ago, I decided to go ahead and move forward with the bbl before I got any older, I am 43 and have had five children. After much research on cosmetic surgeons in my area, I decided to use Hedden Plastic Surgery Center’s Dr. Gunn. The nurses were wonderful and Dr. Gunn was very knowledgeable and nice. He listened carefully to what I wanted and as far as I can see right now, did just that. I am aware that there is swelling and that I will lose some volume over time, I hope not much. "44 Year Old Sexy Back On - Dr. Hedden is awesome! His team is awesome as well. I had BBL & liposuction of flanks, upper & lower back, and upper abdomen. Not as painful as I expected. Staying on pain meds the first 72 hours and the compression garment was the absolute game changer. I followed doctors orders completely and everything is/was as he told me it would be. I'm loving my new body transformation.Results are still ongoing. Healthy diet & exercise is definitely helping."
"Breast Augmentation After Breast Reduction - He is simply awesome. I was pretty apprehensive about letting another PS touch me because the PA that did my breast reduction really did a [RS bleep] poor job. However I'm SO satisfied with Dr. Heddens work with correcting my breast. He treated my scars and gave me my projection back. I will forever be grateful of him!! His staff was awesome and I absolutely loved his anesthesiologist-- she was very kind. My whole experience was great. My husband had questions after hours and the nurse on called called him back at 2am in the morning. I am thinking about getting a BBL and I might let Dr. H perform the procedure for me instead of going to Miami. I just feel like Dr. Hedden is a great PS and your just a number to him.
